This report delivers the results of the first experimental program from the PEFR and provides the first high temperature, high pressure coal conversion data for Australian coals under gasification conditions. Comparative gasification data, such as conversion levels, gas quality measures and characteristics of partially-reacted chars, are presented for a suite of 14 reference Australian coals from the CCSD coal bank. |
